As Director of Content Services, Carolyn McKibbin oversees all content and SEO campaigns for ideaLaunch clients. She manages our production staff of editors, SEO specialists and project managers. She’s dedicated to recruiting, screening and building relationships with a pool of hundreds of expert industry writers.

Quality content that appeals to both readers and search engines is the centerpiece of all solutions at ideaLaunch. Carolyn drives the process of creating and publishing some of the best content found on the web. She leads a team that develops editorial calendars, keyword maps and content plans. She knows how to find the right voice and style for content that keeps readers coming back for more. Carolyn helped develop our intense optimization process of researching keywords, writing metadata, crafting internal link strategy and delivering results that are tracked with our proprietary WordVision technology.

Carolyn has a master’s degree in journalism from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in Italian from University of California, Santa Cruz. An avid scooterist and collector of abandoned animals, Carolyn loves foreign languages, wine and vintage markets.
