#Hashtag Title Trick

June 16th, 2009 by idealaunch

dolphin trickIn my efforts to shorten my to-do list, I set up automated updates, reports, and RSS feeds. One tool I use is twitterfeed, which tweets our blog posts. With twitterfeed you can tweet any RSS feed, and have the option to do it at different time intervals, post just the title or include a short description, and even include text with all the feeds.

There is a Part Dos to this neat little trick. I want my twitterfeeded content to be included in Twitter conversations about the topic of the blog post, which changes from post to post. To do that, I just include the hashtag in the title.
