Popular Nature Trails In Seattle, Washington

If you live in the Seattle area, walking outdoors may be an option to explore. Washington has many lovely natural areas, and they can really help inspire you to be outside in the fresh air. If you really want to see some spectacular scenery, check out Discovery Park--one of the most popular in the area. At 534 acres, there is plenty of nature to see, including views of the Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges. Nearly everything you could ever want to see is here. There are beaches, meadows, cliffs, forests and even sand dunes. Do a little bit of research ahead of time and find an area of the park with views you would like to see.

There are plenty of other places to go in the Seattle area as well. Golden Gardens Park is another spot with a great view of the mountains. Lawton Park is a smaller area that is great if you want to start out with something a bit more low-key.
